My precious friend:

I am sending you this letter by way of one of my disciples.  I just wanted to let you know how much I love and care about you and how I greatly desire to become a meaningful part of your life.

          This morning when you awoke, I was already there with you in the light of my beautiful sunshine that filled your room. I was hoping that you would say good morning to me, you didn’t. So I thought maybe it was just a little too early in the day for you to notice me.

          Again, I tried to get your attention when you stepped put of your door.  I kissed your face with a soft gentle breeze.  I then sang you a love song through the birds in the trees.  You just walked tight past me.

          Later on the day, I watched over you as your were talking with some of your friends. Oh, how I wished that you would talk to me also.  I waited and waited, but you just went along your way.

          This afternoon I sent you a refreshing shower and glistened to you from each raindrop.  I even shouted to you a time or two with thunder trying to get your attention.  Then, I painted you a lovely rainbow in the midst of my fluffy white clouds.  I just knew you would see me then and wink back.  You never did.

          Tonight when you went to bed, I spilled moonlight upon your face to let you know that I was there with you.  I was hoping that you would talk to me a little while before you went to sleep.  You never said a word.  It hurt me deeply, however, I continued to watch you all through the night thinking that maybe, just maybe you would say hello to me in the morning.

          Each and every day, I have revealed myself to you in many strange and wondrous ways, hoping that you would accept me as your shepherd, for I am the only one that can supply you with all your needs.  My love for you is deeper that the deepest ocean and the great sky.  I have so very much to give to you and also share with you, please let me hear from you.

Letter from the Devil

I saw you yesterday as you began your daily chores.  You awoke without kneeling to pray.  As a matter of fact, you didn’t even bless your meals, or pray before going to bed last night.  You are so unthankful, I like that about you.  I can’t tell you how glad I am that you not changed your way of living, fool, you are mine.  Remember, you and I have been going steady for years, and I still don’t love you yet.  As a matter of fact, I hate you, because I hate God.  I am only using you to get even with God.  He kicked me out of heaven, and I’m going to use you as long as possible to pay Him back.

          You see, fool, GOD LOVES YOU and He has great plans in store for you, but you have yielded your life to me and I’m going to make your life a living hell.  That way we’ll be together twice.  This will really hurt God.  Thanks to you.  I am really showing Him who’s boss in your life.  With all of the good times we’ve had…we have been watching dirty movies, cursing people out, partying, stealing, lying, hypocrisy, fornicating, overacting, telling dirty jokes, gossiping, backstabbing people, disrespecting adults and those in leadership position, no respect for the Church, bad attitudes: SURELY YOU DON’T WANT TO GIVE ALL THIS UP.

          Come on, fool, let’s burn together forever.  I’ve got some hot plans for us.  This is just a letter of appreciation from me to you.  I’d like to say “THANKS” for letting me use you for most of your foolish life.  You are so gullible, I laugh at you.  When you are tempted to sin, you give in… HA, HA, HA, HA, HA, you make me sick.  Sin is beginning to take its toll in your life.  You look 20 years older.  I need new blood, so go ahead and teach some children how to sin.  All you have to do is smoke, drink alcoholic beverages, gamble, and gossip, fornicate, and listen to and dance to the top 10 jams.  Do all of this in the presence of others and they will do it too.  People are like that.

Well, fool, I have to let you go for now.  I’ll be back in a couple of seconds to attempt you again.  If you were smart, you would run somewhere, confess your sins, live for God with that little bit of life that you have left.  It’s not my nature to warn anyone, but to be your age and still sinning, it’s becoming ridiculous.  Don’t get me wrong, I still hate you…

IT IS JUST THAT YOU WOULD MAKE A BETTER FOOL FOR CHRIST.
